'CoveJournalStudio started with a straightforward vision: to offer true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Romano household in 1985, our pizzeria was once a humble, family-oriented business with recipes passed through generations.
Marco Romano, our pioneer, gained expertise in crafting pizza from her sojourns across Italy, learning from renowned Neapolitan pizza chefs. Back in the UK, her mission was to recreate the essence of Italian pizza, adhering to classic techniques and selecting only the best ingredients.
From a cozy pizzeria with just 12 seats, we've become a favorite local establishment yet our dedication to excellence and tradition stands firm. We continue utilizing original wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough freshly each day, and seek out top-notch ingredients.
Presently, 'CoveJournalStudio' is still under family governance, with the Romano progeny at the helm of a devoted team. While we have adopted contemporary innovations, our core purpose remains to craft delicious, real pizza that unites people.
